Responsabilités principales :

En tant que Consultant(e) au sein de l’agence, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la croissance et le succès de vos clients. Vos principales missions seront de :

– Développer un portefeuille clients et prospects existant et l’enrichir par votre prospection

– Comprendre en profondeur l’identité de l’entreprise cliente : qui est-elle, que vend-elle, comment communique-t-elle, qui sont ses clients ?

– Identifier la stratégie de communication qui se cache derrière les besoins du client.

– Accompagner le client dans le déploiement de sa stratégie de communication en identifiant les besoins et en construisant une approche personnalisée.

– Collaborer avec l’équipe projet pour dresser un draft et construire une offre de services adaptée

– Animer des réseaux business de type UBB avec lesquels nous sommes partenaires

– Culture d’entreprise forte et adhésion à aux valeurs humaines et collaboratives.

– Maturité et savoir-être professionnel pour représenter l’agence avec fiabilité et crédibilité.

– Loyauté, honnêteté et intégrité dans toutes les interactions professionnelles.

Exigences du poste :

Diplôme minimum Bac +4 dans un domaine pertinent, tel que le commerce & marketing, la communication, le design, le graphisme ou toute autre discipline connexe.

Expérience significative dans la vente de prestations de services/intellectuelles, idéalement dans les domaines de la communication, du design ou du recrutement. Maitrise du réseau social Linkedin Sales Force
