We are seeking a General Manager for an Upscale Sports Bar You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable experience. A minimum of three years' experience in high volume bar and venue type experiences a must Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a positive experience and monitor all vendors Train and manage bar personal Create and adjust staff schedules to meet venue needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in bar and experience venues a must Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Company Description Hospitality Pro Search is an executive search firm specializing in worldwide management placements for restaurants, hotels and resorts, entertainment venues, and private clubs.
