As part of the global Swan Analytical Instruments AG group, we design and deliver cutting?edge analyzers and custom?engineered systems used in mission?critical applications across the U.S. and Canada. Our U.S. systems business is growing rapidlyfocused on delivering turnkey Steam and Water Analysis Systems (SWAS), steam sample panels, sample conditioning skids, and integrated monitoring packages tailored for the power industry and beyond. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Engineering/Systems Project Manager to drive the success of our custom systems projects from concept to completion. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of project deliveryfrom quotation and pricing through procurement, execution, and final shipmentensuring our solutions meet Swans exacting quality standards and our customers unique needs. This role works in close partnership with our sales team to support opportunities across the power generation and industrial markets. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Manage complete lifecycle of systems projects including steam sample panels, SWAS racks, and sample conditioning systems. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress reports to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Coordinate internal teams (engineering, production, QC, logistics) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution. Sales & Pre?Sales Support Collaborate with the sales team during the proposal stage to ensure accurate technical scope, pricing, and delivery expectations. Translate customer RFQs and technical specifications into comprehensive proposals and quotations. Participate in technical calls and scope reviews with customers as needed. Quoting & Financial Oversight Build detailed project quotes including instrumentation, valves, piping, electrical integration, and third?party equipment. Ensure margin targets are maintained through disciplined cost tracking and change order management. Maintain visibility into financial health of each project through budget vs. actual analysis. Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination Source and manage the procurement of third?party components such as pressure reducers, heat exchangers, enclosures, and flow control devices. Work closely with vendors to ensure material quality, lead times, and cost effectiveness. Track delivery timelines for critical components to prevent bottlenecks. Documentation & Quality Ensure all technical documentation (P&IDs, electrical diagrams, manuals) are properly compiled and delivered. Maintain project documentation records in alignment with Swan USAs ISO procedures and customer expectations. Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) planning and execution.
