**About the Role**

As the **Material Handler**, located out of our **Hillsboro, Oregon** office, you will have an opportunity to partner with internal team members as well as experience customer relations as the person responsible for receiving and delivery of materials. This role receives and verifies the quality of inventory, ensures parts are accounted for and managed to the customer site as needed for the installation team. The ideal candidate will be able to work individually as well as in teams.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include:**

* Delivers materials to and from the customer site.

* Guides inventory process management to and from the field and in the warehouse.

* Builds packaging per requirements, check product quality, package product, weigh, organize and verify paperwork of shipments.

* Plans and coordinates physical movement of materials, parts, and finished goods information in a safe manner to ensure optimization of cost and service.

* Utilizes hand trucks, hoist, or other handling equipment to move material to and from locations and transportation vehicles within the facility and to the customer site.

* Delivers continuous improvement through making recommendations on change and how to implement.

* Flex within shipping area as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Prior shipping experience

* Familiar with power tools (nail guns, air staplers, miter saw)

* Efficient with computers

**Required Qualifications:**

* High school diploma/GED certificate or equivalent required
