With a focus on innovation and excellence, we continue to expand our offerings to meet diverse customer requirements.Job SummaryAs the Industrial Engineer, you will design layouts to improve productivity and reduce waste in the production environment. You will design various control systems to help minimize costs and increase production quality. This role includes monitoring overall operations of the company to find new ways to increase efficiency through new production designs and controls.Responsibilities:Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify processes needing improvementImplement Standard Hour Tracking by ProcessFacilitate the implementation of a Lean Management ProgramEnforce quality control to reduce wasteImprove the efficiency of each production process through Continuous ImprovementsEvaluate employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity Requirements Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, industrial distribution, or similarCertified or pursuing Lean Certification5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environmentAbility to utilize basic and advanced calculations to determine the current and potential productivity of a process.Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.Must possess good leadership skills for implementing productivity changes.Having the ability to visualize changes while working through all the contributing factors involved in the process. This includes safety, quality, employee and financeExperienced in using analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data. Must be able to create reports and present results to Leadership
