As the lead product manager for the Siemens One Software Engineering System, you will redefine how software is built at Siemens and accelerate our transformation to a One Technology Company. You will create and evangelize our software delivery strategy. Responsibilities Own the product roadmap, making data?driven decisions to guide short?term execution and long?term innovation. Ensure that the Siemens developer toolchain is strategically positioned to deliver on product strategy. Lead a cross?functional team of Product Managers and UX designers. Define KPIs to measure developer productivity and guide internal platform development. Communicate developer tooling strategy to the software engineering community, leadership, and external stakeholders. Required Knowledge / Skills, Education, and Experience BA in computer science, information systems, or related field. At least 10 years experience working as a software engineer. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle workflows and technologies. Extensive experience building AI?driven developer tools. Experience contributing to open?source projects and communities in the developer tooling space. Strong analytical and problem?solving skills. We are an equal?opportunity employer and value diversity.
