Sr. Financial Data Analyst - Residual Processing

What does a successful Sr Financial Data Analyst - ISOs/Agents Residual Processing at Fiserv do?

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing financial data related to Independent Sales Organization's (ISO)/Agents' residual payments. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of ISOs residuals, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

What you will do:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of ISOs/Agents' residuals data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to track and monitor ISOs/Agents' residuals payments and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline ISOs/Agents' residuals processes and drive improvements in efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.
  • Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques and statistical tools to analyze ISOs/Agents' residuals payments and trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of residuals systems.
What you will need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Business Analytics or related field
  • 3+ years experience in financial data analysis
What would be great to have:
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL
  • Credit Card Industry experience
