The right candidate is not only a technical expert but also someone who takes pride in seeing the “big picture” of each plumbing system. This role is perfect for someone who values community, cares about customer well-being, and is committed to delivering better water, better living. *Responsibilities* * Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems with a whole-home, holistic perspective. * Conduct thorough plumbing system inspections to identify issues before they become costly problems. * Perform water testing and recommend solutions that improve water quality. * Install and maintain water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, piping, faucets, and fixtures. * Educate customers on how their complete plumbing system works and provide solutions to optimize performance. * Uphold Viking Plumbing’s commitment to honesty, reliability, and superior service in every customer interaction. *Qualifications* * Journeyman Plumber license (Wisconsin). * 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, preferably in a service role. * Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, water quality, and code compliance. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to troubleshoot and approach plumbing as a whole system. * Dedication to teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement. *Our Ideal Candidate* Our ideal candidate is a mid-career professional with 3–5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience who is looking for greater consistency and predictability in both schedule and billable hours.
