Project Manager We're seeking a Project Manager to lead all phases of project deliveryfrom preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep field experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build trust with clients and teams alike. Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle project delivery: estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution Manage field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop competitive bids and value-engineered solutions Oversee financials, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications/Preferred Credentials: 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred) Proficiency in platforms such as Procore, CMiC, and Bluebeam Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills CSL certification OSHA 30 certification Experience with commercial or high-end residential Familiarity with LEED or sustainable building practices Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, RI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $86.53 - $96.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
