If you have experience in customer service or sales support, keep readingResponsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-personProvide accurate information about seed products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedulesAssist customers with production selection, offering recommendationsAddress and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely mannerProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring details are recorded correctly in the systemEnsure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with logistics with both internal warehouse team members and transportation vendorsLearn and stay informed about seed productsEducate customers about seed product features and benefitsBuild strong relationships with customersMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within systemsGenerate reports and compile data within spreadsheetsCreate and maintain electric and physical filing systemsAct as a key member of the team by assisting management and office personnel with various projects and tasksRequirements:An associate or bachelors degree is preferred, or commensurate experiencePrevious leadership experience as a supervisor or manager requiredExperience in customer service or sales supportExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office and working in multiple systemsAbility to prioritize tasks, organize, and manage time effectivelyCustomer-focused mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAble to take direction from managementSkilled at training othersStrong team-player mentalityExperience mentoring and supervising othersAgricultural industry experience preferredWork Model:On-SiteMonday - Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PMCompany Description Palmer Group is a premier employment agency.
