Position Summary:

Serenity Trails Travel Co is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you'll provide essential support in coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and delivering top-notch customer service to our corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing travel inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates for corporate clients with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meetings, ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
  • Support in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for corporate executives and team members.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, leveraging insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
  • Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.
  • Address any travel-related issues or concerns promptly, providing creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of travel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
