As a
Field Marketing Manager
for Cirkul, you will lead our retail and event activation strategies.This role is instrumental in building brand awareness, engaging customers, and driving salesgrowth within the designated region. If you have a passion for beverages and a knack forcreating memorable marketing experiences, we want to hear from you.
What does an average day look like?
Driving Results:
○ Event Planning and Execution- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events andactivations, including product launches, tastings, and promotional campaigns.Ensure events leave a lasting, positive impression on consumers.
○ Marketing Strategy- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategiesthat align with the company's goals, focusing on both retail and event activationefforts.
Taking Ownership: Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses andevaluating the return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
Making Decisions:
○ Data Analysis - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data tomake data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.
○ Reporting- Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance,highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Cultivating Relationships: Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams toensure marketing efforts are integrated seamlessly with sales, product development, andother departments.
Instilling Trust: Build and maintain a strong brand presence within the region throughvarious marketing channels, such as social media, public relations, and communityengagement.
Customer Focus: Collaborate with retail partners to execute in-store marketinginitiatives. This includes managing point-of-sale materials, promotions, productmerchandising, demonstration and education.
What background should you have?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or retail marketing, preferablyin the beverage or consumer products industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passionate about building a high-performing, results driven team.
Proven ability to build and lead a remote team.
Proficiency with managing a field marketing budget.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
