ENT & Allergy surgery center in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Operating Room Manager to manage their amazing staff, along with all day-to-day operations of their state-of-the-art facility.

Role You Will Play:

  • Monday - Friday (4 ½ days/week)
  • Surgery preformed 2 days per week (this may change with growth in volume)
  • Currently 1 OR
  • Up to 20 surgeries/week
  • Someone willing to jump in and circulate if needed.
  • Assist with Re-accreditation.

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience in Operating Room/Ambulatory Surgery
  • RN required, Bachelor's preferred
  • 2 years of Leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Complete all appropriate background checks at the time of hire, promotion, or transfer
  • A welcoming smile and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills along with the desire and ability to connect with and serve guests
  • Commitment to the company long-term, strong goals to better the brand
  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
