**GEODynamics in Benbrook, TX** is looking for qualified candidates for **Plant Services - Housekeeper**.

As part of a team, the Plant Services Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of our facilities and carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

* Cleans, stocks and supplies designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

* Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.

* Carries out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.

* Undertakes other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.

* Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

* Stocks and maintain supply rooms.

* Cooperates with the rest of the staff.

* Practices safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and GEO-specific Health and Safety expectations.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE**

* High School Diploma or Equivalency.

* 1 - 2 years of working experience as a cleaner/housekeeper.

* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

* Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at varying levels within the organization.

* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

* Ability to lift up-to 40 lbs.
