Job Summary The Electronic Banking Support Specialist I performs operational duties related to all electronic banking products and services. This position serves as the first line of escalation for electronic banking concerns, collaborating with team members or other business units to resolve issues. The Electronic Banking Support Specialist I reports to the Manager, Electronic Banking and provides excellent service and support to team members and customers while demonstrating the Companys values and supporting the mission. The Electronic Banking Support Specialist I reports to the Manager, Electronic Banking and provides excellent service and support to team members and customers while demonstrating the Companys values and supporting the mission. Job Duties And Responsibilities Perform operational duties related to all electronic banking products and services Assist customers and team members with electronic banking issues or inquiries Serve as initial point of escalation for electronic banking concerns, recognizing when further escalation is needed in order to improve the customer experience Assist with product implementation, system updates and maintenance, and special projects as needed Utilize sales and service strategies to retain existing relationships and enable growth of new relationships, referring to the appropriate business partner as needed Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks Adhere to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program Attend training as requested Participate in outside community activities as required Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 year of experience in electronic banking operations preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn new software Ability to serve customers in a courteous and professional manner Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teammates Basic organization and time management skills Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures, and systems Maintain a professional demeanor at all times Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening Critical thinking and problem-solving skills High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic Commitment to service excellence Ability to multitask Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent follow through Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Ability and willingness to work with purpose and a strong sense of urgency Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic Self-starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations and capable of supporting a team Maintain confidentiality discretion Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others Must be able to work flexible and extended hours, including Saturdays Willing to grow and be challenged Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Banking Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Wilson Bank & Trust by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for Electronic Specialist roles.
