How to Qualify: - Installing HVAC systems? Easy for you. - Comfortable working with tools and solving challenges? Absolutely. - EPA certification? Awesome. If not, we’ll help you get there. - A driver’s license and a good driving record? Non-negotiable—we’ll trust you with our wheels - Excellent communication skills? Basic Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, sheet metal, duct work experience a must New construction and additions a major plus. We don't only do change outs. - Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
