Maxim Healthcare in Lombard is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes for a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity. Openings Ongoing: Monday-Sunday 7am-3pm & Monday-Sunday 11pm-7am Multiple Opportunities to ADVANCE your nursing career and bring you to the next level -Work directly with a Clinical Supervisor -24/7 ON Call -Meet the family/patient prior to first shift -SHADOW SHIFTS welcome -We take pride in setting you up to succeed, do not hesitate to reach out with ANY questions Responsibilities: + Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. + On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders + Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. + Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: + Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice. + Current TB or Chest X-Ray. + Current BLS card.
