Product Manager My client, a leading U.S. manufacturer of high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, and pool heaters, is seeking a Product Manager to join their growing team. This is a highly visible role where you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product lines that serve residential, commercial, and industrial heating markets. Own the full lifecycle of assigned products - from concept through end-of-life. Conduct market research, voice-of-customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Partner with Engineering to define product requirements and prioritize features. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to develop launch plans, training, and go-to-market strategies. Monitor financial performance (P&L responsibility) and drive profitability of product portfolio. Provide technical and commercial support to internal teams and key customers. Stay current with market trends, energy efficiency regulations, and emerging technologies. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 5+ years of product management, product marketing, or applications engineering experience - preferably in HVAC, hydronics, or related capital equipment. Strong technical aptitude with ability to translate customer needs into product requirements. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
