We're expanding our clinical operations and seeking a skilled and dependable Patient Care Technician based in Boston area. This is not a desk job. It's a hands-on, mobile clinical role that requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to operate independently in high-stakes environments. Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians during laser and urological procedures. Set up, operate, and maintain laser systems and related equipment. Transport equipment and supplies safely between hospitals and surgery centers. Manage and track urological consumable (URS) inventory, including ordering and documentation. Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and maintenance protocols. Communicate effectively with physicians, hospital staff, and internal teams. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred. 1+ year of patient care or surgical experience (urology, OR, or laser tech background preferred). Must obtain laser certification upon hire. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 500 lbs with assistance. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; regional travel required.
