Dorchester Center, United States Snyk Full time
Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced "sneak") comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure - and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Opportunity

As Snyk's Director of Talent Attraction, you'll be pivotal in shaping our company's future, with your leadership central to our ongoing success. At Snyk, we champion data-driven decision-making, and you'll be at the forefront of this approach, utilizing data and analytics to inform and propel our strategies. This will involve refining talent attraction processes and quantifying their impact. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing both Snyk Go-To-Market (GTM) and Corporate Functions (G&A) hiring teams, where your global leadership will harmonize our efforts across diverse regions. Here, you'll nurture high-impact teams and instill a culture of resilience, optimism and growth mindset. Your influence goes beyond geographical boundaries, as you collaborate seamlessly with teams worldwide, ensuring our talent attraction strategies resonate on a global scale. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent Attraction, you will be a key driver of our talent acquisition strategy.

This role will be based in Boston, requiring a commitment to working in the office 2-3 days per week.

You'll Spend Your Time:
  • Leading the global talent attraction teams for Go-To-Market and Corporate Functions, setting a clear vision and strategy for attracting top talent.
  • Managing, coaching and developing a global team of TA Partners.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to drive talent attraction strategies, ensuring that your decisions yield a measurable impact on Snyk's growth and success.
  • Establishing best practices and process improvements through managing KPIs/OKRs.
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Driving talent attraction initiatives across multiple regions to support Snyk's global expansion.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to talent attraction, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Building strong relationships within the People organization, ensuring a One Team approach for the business.
What You'll Need:
  • A strong track record of leading global talent attraction teams at companies that have scaled beyond $300 million in revenues.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent attraction strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-impact teams.
  • Experience with global talent attraction strategies and the ability to adapt to diverse markets and cultures.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to align talent attraction efforts with business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and team members effectively.
  • Move fast, launch early, and seek constant feedback to help you iterate and improve.
  • Have worked in a fast paced, high growth company and feel comfortable with ambiguity.
We'd be Lucky if You:
  • Have experience working in cybersecurity.
  • Are tech savvy and have used best in class people technology: Greenhouse, Workday, and other people tech.
  • Are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within our talent attraction efforts.
  • Bring fresh and creative ideas to enhance our talent attraction strategies.
  • Are comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
