The coordinator will provide technology training and technical assistance to the Food Bank's partner network for the implementation of Link2Feed, a service insights system for food pantries. The coordinator will execute an implementation plan that will enable food pantries in the Food Bank's network to adopt Link2Feed. The coordinator will provide technical support to ensure successful and sustained adoption, including outreach to food pantries, virtual or in-person training, data entry, and implementation support. This is a temporary position lasting approximately nine months from start date.

Key Responsibilities Link2Feed Implementation and Management

•Continue and adjust the current implementation plan so that it aligns with our strategic goals.

•Schedule and conduct training sessions with food pantries.

•Coordinate data collection and entry into Link2Feed, which may include performing data entry on behalf of food pantries.

•Conduct remote and in-person trainings for Link2Feed.

•Track and evaluate service trends, as needed.

•Clean and merge existing records to ensure ongoing data integrity, as time allows.

•Support and encourage pantries, and other partners as needed, as they transition to Link2Feed, ensuring a smooth process. This will include being on site at one or several distributions to register neighbors, troubleshoot, etc. until pantry representatives are comfortable performing required tasks independently.

•Work with Collaborative Learning Supervisor and Link2Feed Administrator to respond to partner network inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.

Requirements

•Experience with teaching or training adult learners of a variety of skill levels on technological skills.

•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills resulting in positive outcomes.

•Ability to work strategically, collaboratively, and effectively with staff members required. Possess an attitude of and appreciation for collaboration.

•High-quality customer service skills with an ability to exhibit objectivity, calmness and helpfulness, especially in stressful situations.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include professional letter-writing and report preparation.

•Ability to make presentations and develop and deliver information to a variety of audiences in a variety of ways.

•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in an appropriate manner.

•Ability, experience and willingness to work with diverse populations.

•Possess attention to detail and follow through on tasks.

•Demonstrated organization and time-management skills.

•Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management systems or other databases. Link2Feed or Salesforce experience is a plus.

•Prior experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

•Willingness to travel to food pantry locations and work evenings and weekends as needed.

•This position will have a hybrid work schedule including in-person work at community partner sites and occasional work on-site at the Food Bank headquarters in Duquesne, in addition to virtual work.

•Ability to obtain Act 33 and Act 34 certificates.

The pay for this position starts at $17.50 per hour.
