We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors, managing construction schedules, and ensuring that projects stay within budget. Sample project sizes should range from $500,000 - $10M.
Market Experience: Healthcare, Education, Corporate Office, Retail, Non-Profits, Restaurants & Hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and project milestones
Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that project specifications and deadlines are met
Manage site on a daily basis to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
Prepare and submit project progress reports, change orders, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation through Procore
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on interiors construction
Knowledge of construction industry best practices, regulations, and building codes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience with project management software and tools
