Job Title: Substitute Teacher Aide We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate substitute teacher aide to support our students with special needs. Job Description: As a substitute teacher aide, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide individualized support to students. Your responsibilities may include providing instructional reinforcement, assisting with classroom management, and supervising students during school activities. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to supplement regular curriculum Assist the teacher with administrative duties such as setting up equipment and preparing materials Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and cafeterias Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs Support students with special needs by following provisions specified in their IEPs/504 Plans Perform other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) Compensation: $13.50/hr
