The ideal candidate will have experience working in a food manufacturing environment.Position Summary: Sanitation Professionals are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all production areas, including equipment, machinery, walls, floors, and ceilings. Pay Rates start at $20.50 per hour with a differential pay of $1.50 per hour worked. Benefits: This position has a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, 401(k) and match, Wellness Program, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more.Position Responsibilities: Cleaning up excess meat from the floor using a squeegee or shovel Hosing down equipment and machinery with high pressure, hot water hoses Applying foam to all surfaces in production areas, scrubbing equipment and machinery, rinsing foam from equipment and machinery, applying sanitizers and oil/air mixtures to all surfaces in production areas Disassembling equipment and machinery for cleaning purposes, once clean reassembling equipment Complete all required production paperwork. Required to perform all required quality checks according to standards. Follow all people safety guidelines, food safety guidelines and company policies. Participate in safety and quality trainings. Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications: Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting preferably food manufacturing. Understanding of GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices). Ability to read labels requirements. Ability to perform essential functions of the job per job workstations.
