RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide resident transportation to/from outings as assigned
  • Ensure resident safety and appropriate level of supervision during transportation/outings
  • Assist in the coordination of resident outings
  • Know the unique interests of residents and encourage/assist them to participate in outings, using the information provided about them during their move-in process.
  • Assist in leading activities in between transportation outings.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED; or three months of related experience or training.
  • Willing to take additional training or education, which specific states may require.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are required or willing to obtain.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record consistent with Bickford's insurance carrier guidelines.
