The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year or more of experience in orthodontic assisting. If you do not have direct industry experience, we ARE willing to train the right candidate that possess positive people skills, a willingness to learn, and work in a fast-paced environment. *Typical work hours are 4 and 1/2 days per week, 8am-5pm.* For 50 years, Virginia Family Dentistry has been proudly providing safe, quality dental care to the greater Richmond area. We are a practice with almost 500 employees, 15 locations and over 60+ general dentists and dental specialists. Although we are large, we operate like a close-knit family and strive to uphold our core values. At Virginia Family Dentistry, our orthodontic assistants are held to high-quality standards in all aspects of dental care. They time-mange efficiently, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
