Accounts Payable Clerk - Aderant Michael Page Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $64,000.00/yr Description Perform day?to?day processing of payments and ensure completion in an effective, accurate and timely manner. Compile, verify and process firm and client chargeable invoices and check requests. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are updated and reconcile related transactions. Respond to and handle vendor inquiries, review vendor accounts and resolve vendor issues timely and professionally. Schedule, print, and obtain signatures on paper checks on a bi?weekly basis. Record miscellaneous transactions into accounting software, including bank transfers and debits. Manipulate and format data for upload into accounting software. Profile Knowledge of Chrome River and Aderant software required. Minimum 23 years of AP experience; prior law firm or professional services experience highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi?task in a high?volume, fast?paced environment. Excellent customer?service skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Extremely detail?oriented with excellent follow?through skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
