We are actively seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to lead our development efforts. If you have a proven track record of delivering complex, scalable, and innovative software solutions using various technologies, including React, TypeScript, Python, HTML, CSS, Rust, JavaScript, Node.js, Terraform, and Kubernetes, we encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.

Job Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at Moody’s, you will be key in architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions for our web applications. You will lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in full-stack development, a deep understanding of best practices, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Implement server-side logic and APIs using NodeJS and Python. Write comprehensive unit tests using Jest, Enzyme, and React Testing Library to ensure the reliability and quality of the codebase. Use REACT tools, such as Webpack, Redux, and Flux, to manage state and handle complex application logic effectively. Implement React Router for efficient routing within applications and utilize Axios to make HTTP requests to backend services. Leverage Next.js for server-side rendering and building production-ready React applications. Utilize Material UI or similar component libraries to streamline the development of UI components and maintain a consistent design system. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes and techniques.

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role for 4+ years and solid work experience in the required tech stack for 2+ years. Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, Rust, and JavaScript. Experience with JavaScript unit test libraries like Jest, Enzyme, and React Testing Library. Familiarity with React tools, including Webpack, Redux, and Flux. Knowledge of React Router for routing and Axios for HTTP requests. Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and building React applications. Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Have

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

RAG - Develop, implement, and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation models based on project requirements. This includes working with pre-trained LLM, work with retrieval mechanisms, data processing, model evaluation, and optimization.

Knowledge of NLP and machine learning.

Knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related technologies.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $94,800 to $137,200, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
