Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the technical project lead on automotive refrigerant thermal management systems
  • Lead definition and management of automotive refrigerant thermal system requirements (SOR, product performance) through customer interaction
  • Evaluate the automotive refrigerant thermal architectures (Standard A/C, Heat Pump etc..) to select best alternative to meet stakeholder and system requirements
  • Report the technical project status to management as related to quality & time
  • Contribute to develop technical solution (integrated refrigerant module) which meets the requirements and complies with the applicable standards (incl. analyses, evaluation and mitigation of design risks)
  • Facilitate & contribute to the exchange of development related information with internal/external development partners at system level
  • Initiate & conduct System – Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (SFMEA) with customer engineers



Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, other engineering degrees will be considered.
  • 3 plus years of experience in automotive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in automotive refrigerant thermal management systems or components (e.g. Expansion Valves, Heat Exchangers, Accumulator, Compressors)
  • Experience in dealing with multiple refrigerants (R134a, R1234yf, R290, R744 etc)
  • Experience in Mechatronics systems
  • Knowledge of ASPICE, Windchill RV&S, JIRA, IBM Doors
  • Expert in MS Office Powerpoint & Excel
