Duties and Responsibilities:

The Marketing & Sales Associate will assist management with various tasks to procure new work and nurture current client relationships. This includes, but is not limited to the following duties:
Assisting management with processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging WFPE service offerings to potential and existing clients
Assisting project managers with drafting, sending, and tracking proposals
Assisting management with company website and social media content
Assist management in maintaining company image on all company communications
Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments
Providing customer service by answering questions about products or services, processing orders, and handling complaints
Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers
Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, and catalogs
Coordinating events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, mixers, etc
Collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes
Developing and executing marketing strategies for specific products or services
Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations
Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to relate information clearly and concisely, in both verbal and written communications, in a professional manner
Ability to manage time in an efficient manner to meet project deadlines and to perform tasks assigned by management and project managers
Ability to work remotely from home or in office, depending on workload
