We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician OB Hospitalist in Michigan. Locum Tenens Physician OB Hospitalist Position Type: Specialty: Physician - Hospitalist - OB Location: Michigan. Rate: Open & Negotiable Shift: 24-hour shifts; 7 10 shifts per month Start Date: 10/1/2025 End Date: 3/31/2026 Position Details: Patient Population: Obstetrics/Gynecology, labor & delivery, ER consults Setting: In-house hospital coverage (OB/GYN unit, labor & delivery with OR, call room provided) Responsibilities: Hospitalist coverage for laboring patients, ER consults, deliveries, C-sections, high- and low-risk pregnancy management, OB/GYN procedures Required Procedures: Vaginal & C-section deliveries, VBAC, breech/multiple births, OB ultrasounds, amniocentesis, 3rd/4th degree laceration repair, gynecology surgical and office procedures EMR System: Epic Support Staff: RNs, residents, CNMs (limited), one generalist backup Days Per Month: 7 10 On-Call/Weekends: In-house shifts (mix of weekdays and weekends) Submission Requirements: Board Certified/Eligible Required Michigan State License Highly Preferred ACLS & BLS (AHA) Required Local candidates Highly preferred Clean background Required Join us today
