Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system. Answer phone calls and provide accurate information on our services. Take reservations and make charges to customer credit cards. Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations. Outfit guests in proper attire for their activities. Resolve small issues as they arrive for guests. Check and balance the daily figures, make sure that all charges are applied to each customer properly. Perform other duties as assigned. More About You: Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone. Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures manual. Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts.
