Coordinate and book travel for team members, prepare & send travel itinerary emails. Provide event planning support as needed. Maintain/Renew Professional memberships/certifications.Act as customer service liaison for clients, facilitating and responding to requests in a timely and professional manner. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related projects and results as needed; take direction with ease in multiple forms and work with all levels of internal management and personnel. What You'll Bring:High School Diploma or Equivalent. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.3-5 years of supportive administrative experience. A demonstrated ability to work in a timeline-driven setting with multiple contributors and projects. Previous experience reading and writing technical documents. Administrative experience in a small to mid-size in engineering, construction, architecture, or other professional industry preferred.Experience reviewing contracts, proofreading engineering reports, and reviewing certificates of insurance preferred.Experience with Salesforce preferred.Maintains professional tact while still being flexible; an understanding individual who can adapt to a changing, fast-paced office environment working with various personalities.Advanced verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
