In this role, you will report directly to a Department Manager within the company. This position provides secretarial, clerical, and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collects information: copies, organizes, and posts data; and prepares records and reports

* Types agendas for meetings, manuscripts, letters, and other documents

* Orders and records orders for services

* Provides information to employees and sales personnel

* Operates office machines and keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures

* Maintain an organized work area in a clean and safe manner

* Work in other areas or departments as assigned

* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

**Key Competencies:**

* Administrative experience is recommended.

* Average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English

* Work scheduled hours and comply with the companys timekeeping policy and all other company policies

* General computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Windows, web browser, etc.)

* Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail

* Ability to work in a team setting

* Accuracy
