POSITION

You will Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations matters globally, providing guidance and support to ensure fair and consistent treatment. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, collaborative environment, this role is for you This role will be based in Charlotte, NC headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring thoroughness, impartiality, and adherence to legal requirements.

Develop and implement employee relations strategies, programs, and policies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Partner with HR business partners, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to address performance review and management processes and evaluations.

Collaborate with necessary partners in managing reduction in force exercises.

Provide training and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations topics, including performance management, conflict resolution, and diversity and inclusion.

Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations in both the US and UK, advising management on potential impacts and ensuring compliance.

Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, always maintaining trust and confidentiality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

5-8 years of experience in employee relations roles within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of both US and UK employment laws and regulations.

Proven record of accomplishment of conducting thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and grievances, with the ability to effectively manage complex and sensitive situations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
