Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of tax engagements.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients, with a focus on optimizing financial outcomes and minimizing tax liabilities.
  • Review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required.
  • 4+ years of experience in public accounting, with expertise in tax planning and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
