**Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager (Remote)**

****What you'll do:****

* Be an integral part of our operations team

* Work closely with various cross functional teams and 3rd party warehouse providers to maintain accurate inventory and quality standards

* Develop, implement and drive scalable inventory and quality best practices across multiple locations and providers

* Perform Root Cause Corrective Action analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies

* Implement and maintain a robust cycle count program across our network

* Support the development and implementation of new initiatives to drive growth opportunities

* Investigate root cause of customer satisfaction issues to maintain a positive seller experience

* Analyze data to track defects and build strategic metrics to measure and drive inventory and order accuracy and performance

**What were looking for:**

* 4-7 years of professional experience in supply chain, fulfillment, e-commerce, vendor and/or partner management

* 2-4 years of professional experience in inventory management and quality control

* Experience working with multiple WMS platforms and interacting with 3PLs on a daily basis

* Knowledge of various specialties such as lot tracking, expiration date tracking, FDA, cold chain, etc.

* Ability to adapt in a rapidly growing, startup environment and work independently or in teams

* Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

* Personable and collaborative; strong affinity for working cross-functionally

* Incredibly hardworking and willing to do what it takes for us to reach our goals

* Ability to travel for your programs or to work with our warehouse partners up to 50% of the time

* Experience with partner and vendor relationship management

* Experience of working with SQL, creating and running reports
