Our client, Industry Leading Artisan Bakery specializing in Pretzel Bread is seeking a 3rd shift Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Production Team supporting Production and Quality. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail & problem solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: 3rd Shift Quality Tech Food Production Setting Location: Milwaukee, WI then moving to Franklin, WI Pay Range: $18.00 per hour Temp to Hire What's the Job? Ensure food safety & product quality standards are met. Ensure GMPs, SOPs, and safe work practices are being met. Continuously monitor and perform food safety practices, visual quality standards, HACCP verifications, conformance to specifications, regulatory compliance, and compliance with company policies. Follow and understand proper Good Hygiene, Safe Work Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), to aide in providing a safe quality product What's Needed? High School Diploma Able to read, write, and communicate in English Minimum 1-year Quality Assurance/ Control experience in a food manufacturing facility.
