Job Description
  • Lead workshops to understand customer's business imperatives, technology landscape and transformation priorities
  • Perform framework driven assessment to benchmark customer's maturity levels across specific domains & functions
  • Map customer's business problems to ServiceNow solutions
  • Present a PoV to customer on how Client will leverage the platform to address their priorities
  • Prepare business case for ServiceNow driven transformation
  • Craft a solution roadmap aligned with customer's business and technology strategy
Skillset:
  • Overall experience of 15+ years; 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Experience across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SPM, Customer/Employee Experience, Operational excellence and Industry Solutions
  • Experience in Advisory, Consulting, Sales and Solutions roles is preferred
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders from within the organization, customer as well as partner
  • Experience leading large transformation programs is preferable.
Soft skills:
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and personal skills to communicate with business stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-driven, motivated and results orientated
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
