Senior Business Consultant

- Lead workshops to understand customer's business imperatives, technology landscape and transformation priorities
- Perform framework driven assessment to benchmark customer's maturity levels across specific domains & functions
- Map customer's business problems to ServiceNow solutions
- Present a PoV to customer on how Client will leverage the platform to address their priorities
- Prepare business case for ServiceNow driven transformation
- Craft a solution roadmap aligned with customer's business and technology strategy
- Overall experience of 15+ years; 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Experience across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SPM, Customer/Employee Experience, Operational excellence and Industry Solutions
- Experience in Advisory, Consulting, Sales and Solutions roles is preferred
- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders from within the organization, customer as well as partner
- Experience leading large transformation programs is preferable.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational and personal skills to communicate with business stakeholders
- Proactive, self-driven, motivated and results orientated
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
