Manufacturing Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues encountered during production.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing visual aids, routings, bills of material, assembly instructions, and inspections.
- Create tooling and fixtures to enhance production efficiency.
- Review and approve engineering change order (ECO) packages.
- Evaluate and approve purchase specifications.
- Interpret customer documentation and communicate requirements effectively to the production team.
- Program production equipment such as SMT, AOI, xRay, Wave solder, wire cut, and stripping.
- Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance quality.
- Incorporate customer change notices into manufacturing documents.
- Develop and document operating procedures and work instructions.

Manufacturing Engineer Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in a Defense Contracting environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of electronic manufacturing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Total Quality Management and process improvement.
