Are you excited to work for a growing company? Do you want to bring your expertise to a collaborative team? Winnebago Industries is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst based in Eden Prairie, MN. The Senior Tax Analyst is an essential role to the growth of the tax function and will report to the Director, Tax. This hybrid position will operate in a fast-paced corporate environment and exhibit excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects.

Day to Day of the Role:

* Prepare the interim and annual tax provision calculations * Prepare various tax return calculations; including 263A, R&D, LIFO, tax depreciation, state apportionment, etc., including partnering with business unit leaders to gather the necessary information and working with outside providers * Manage direct and indirect tax notices and audits * Prepare quarterly tax estimates for the enterprise * Prepare enterprise-wide indirect tax compliance (sales tax, use tax, property tax) * Reconcile tax related accounts * Perform various tax research, advise on recommendations, and document conclusions * Assist with various tax projects * Other duties as assigned based on business need

Critical Competencies

* Strong analytical skills and team player with good oral and written communication skills * Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently with a high degree of accuracy and sense of urgency * Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling skills * Proficient to excellent skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Access, etc.) * Excellent problem solving and judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy * Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully lead complex projects for the enterprise.

Education & Experience

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required * Minimum of 4 years of corporate tax experience or similar experience in a Big 4 or Tier 1 public accounting firm required and 1 year of in-house experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Multi-state and multi-entity tax compliance experience * Experience in ASC 740 and familiarity with OneSource Tax Provision * Experience with publicly traded companies, particularly within the manufacturing industry * Familiarity with Vertex sales and use tax software * CPA certification * This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.
