Job Description We are seeking a Senior Digital Director to lead our dynamic team of Marketing professionals. As a pivotal role in our organization, the Senior Digital Director will spearhead leading marketing efforts/campaigns from ideation to completion. This position is ideal for a creative leader with a passion for storytelling and a track record of delivering compelling marketing solutions. This role will report to the Vice President of Product Marketing.

Essential Functions: Core Values Demonstration: Consistently embody TSTC Core Values (Excellence, Accountability, Service, and Integrity) when interacting with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students, and the community.

Creative Direction: Oversee the team and lead processes, from concept development to execution, ensuring that all marketing materials resonate with target audiences and maintain brand consistency.

Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of Marketing creative professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, and professional growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with departmental leadership, stakeholders, and outside vendors to integrate marketing strategies across various platforms and mediums.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects at a time from ideation through execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends in marketing, design, and technology, applying innovative approaches to drive the brand forward.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using insights to drive improvements.

Student Journey: end-to-end marketing and onboarding experiences that effectively solve business objectives while also ensuring a cohesive and seamless experience for prospective and incoming students.

Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills

A portfolio of professional work samples and case studies demonstrating creative craft and leadership capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

Expertise in digital marketing, UI/UX, social media, content marketing, and data analysis.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing or advertising environment.

Proven success in leading creative teams and developing marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.

Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing models.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts, and rationale to cross-functional teams.

Expertise in using creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content management systems.

Passionate about staying ahead of trends in the creative and marketing fields with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Must have a "player/coach" mindset with the ability to both lead and get into the weeds.

Innovative and creative thinker who is not afraid to push boundaries.

Comfortable leading across technical and creative challenges to ensure the holistic success of marketing efforts and the realization of your creative vision.

Effective creative leader and collaborator who can motivate and manage teams.

Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Experience with customer experience journey mapping in both digital and traditional channels.
