You will partner with other recruiting team members to align qualified candidates with appropriate positions. General Responsibilities: Assist in building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities, future needs, and business critical positions that are routinely filled throughout the year. Assist recruiters with generating ideas, leveraging resources, and sharing information that facilitates an effective search process. Assist in screening candidates for availability, interest level, salary, relocation needs, and basic qualifications to forward viable candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists. Report on/maintain data around activity, market place trends and produce quality information for presentation to hiring managers to demonstrate position value and cost savings to the company.
