**Description**
* Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of GCRMC.
* Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communication then to the management team.
* Cleans tables, counters and Bistro equipment and sweeps and mops floors.
* Stock product in Bistro, to include beverages, cups, etc.
* Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for all other team members.
* Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
* Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
* Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
* Conscientiously completes all cleaning assignments.
* Maintains compliance with GCRMC standards of operation. Adheres to GCRMC Business Conduct Policy at all times. Maintains all records and reports to ensure compliance, with all local. State and federal regulations and codes.
* Performs all other related duties.
