The OIT Summer Internship Program will provide experiential learning in the areas of Information Technology to Brown University students. Interns will obtain hands-on experience and knowledge in enterprise IT under the guidance of OIT-Brown University professionals. The Internship Program will empower students by creating opportunities to visualize the real world issues in an enterprise IT infrastructure. Term: June 3 through Aug 16, 2024
OIT Groups
The following groups will be involved in the Summer 2024 OIT Internship Program. Each group will be mentoring one or two students:
- Business Systems & Integration
- Data Science
- Network Security
- Media Production
- Project Management- User Experience
- Must be available to work 15 hours per week; OIT summer hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Must be a student with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and contribute.
- Ability to work independently and/or within a team, proactive in nature and creative and flexible.
- Possess a willingness and ability to support and promote a diverse and inclusive campus community.
Successful completion of a criminal background check and education verification is required.
