Aufgaben / Mission

Als Teil der fintus-Erfolgstory kannst Du bei uns jeden Tag nachhaltig etwas bewegen Entweder aus dem Mobile Office oder auch aus unserem schnen Bro in Frankfurt heraus bernimmst Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team die Verantwortung fr die Entwicklung von neuen Produkten innerhalb der fintus Suite zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen. Mit Deinen Anwendungen werden tausende Bankangestellte arbeiten. Privat- und Gewerbekunden der Bank, die die fintus Suite nutzen, werden glcklich ber die Automatisierung dank Deiner Module sein und Banking endlich digital erleben. Du diskutierst die gewnschten Anforderungen mit dem Produktverantwortlichen, dem Head of Software Development, strategischen Kunden bzw. Partnern und Deinem Team, bersetzt die technischen Anforderungen und implementierst deren Lsungen.
Die Ttigkeit umfasst weiterhin:
Du untersttzt bei der Erstellung der technischen und funktionellen Roadmap
Du bernimmst Verantwortung fr die Erstellung erster Mockups, das Schreiben von User Stories bis zum Go-Live aller Features und dem finalen Release
Du sorgst fr die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Produkte durch das Einbringen Deiner Kreativitt
Du leitest eines unserer Teams in Sofia (Bulgarien) oder Cluj (Rumnien) mithilfe agiler Projektmanagement-Methoden (SAFE, Scrum) gemeinsam mit dem Scrum-Master und dem Head of Software Development
Du besitzt tiefgreifendes technologisches Verstndnis und Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung, um mit Entwicklern auf Augenhhe diskutieren zu knnen (v.a. Java, Angular, Springboot)
Du kannst fundierte Berufserfahrung im agilen IT-Projektmanagement (Scrum) vorweisen
Du bringst Erfahrung im agilen Arbeiten nach Scrum/SAFe, Spotify-Modell und Kanban mit
Du denkst analytisch-konzeptionell und lsungsorientiert
Dir macht vertrauensvolle Arbeit im Team Spa
Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du besitzt einen technischen Bildungshintergrund, z.B. Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, dem Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit wirtschaftlich-technischem Hintergrund
Du kennst dich in CRM-/ERP-/DMS-Systemen bzw. deren Oberflchen bestens aus
Du bringst Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jenkins und GitLab sowie in der Modellierung von Datenbanken mit
Du hast ein gutes Auge und eigene Ideen fr die Gestaltung der Oberflchen
