About the role: As an LTL Sales Manager, you will spend your first six months aggressively learning our business and working closely with our sales and leadership team. Upon completion of your training, you will be assigned to lead a team of sales employees, responsible for driving revenue and supporting customer needs with LTL services. What’s in it for you: Aggressive compensation package with base, bonus, and long-term incentive program Hyper-growth company with upward and internal mobility Unmatched sales opportunity in an exploding industry and leading brand We win wherever we go - Voted aFortune 100 Best Companies to Work For (2023) and Forbes America’s Best Employers (2022) What you’ll be doing: Drive LTL revenue through coaching and developing of new and existing team members Interview, hire, onboard and train entry-level LTL account representatives Assist account reps with LTL strategies to ensure production targets are met Build effective relationships across the full-truckload sales organization Ensure employees maintain the highest level of integrity Occasional travel to meet with LTL account reps, prospects, and customers Monitor sales reports, act as needed and communicate LTL trends and market conditions to senior leadership Assist in resolving escalated issues Maintain and develop new strategies to grow accounts What you need: Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably leading a team of 10+ 3+ years of experience succeeding in LTL Sales Strong negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and motivate others Ability to be on call if needed to support team and customers 24/7/365 Capable of providing strong professional references – customer, superior, peer and direct-report Where you'll be: 414 Summers St., First Floor, Charleston, WV 25301
