A Day in the Life of the User Experience Researcher: Works closely with Research Lead, product team members, and various stakeholders to develop, conduct and report insights from user research studies Utilizes research methods such as: contextual inquiry, interviewing, task analysis, competitive analysis, formative and summative usability testing, A/B testing, personas, surveys, statistical analysis and card sorting Utilizes data visualization software to analyze and disseminate quantitative data Educates the team on the latest usability research methods Evangelizes user-centered design inside and outside the company Possibly includes low-fidelity prototyping, heuristic reviews, and web analytics This position will require working with colleagues in European time zones Required Qualifications - About you: We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors: Youre accomplished.
