Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive annual salary of $65K to $115K. Our unique two-tiered pay system distinguishes between administrative duties and treatment time, allowing you to set a comfortable work pace and determine your own earning potential based on treatment hours. Salary is commensurate with experience and performance. Additionally, we provide:

Your Role as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): As an essential member of our clinical team, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to support the speech, language, and communication development of our clients. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to provide effective therapy services and educate patients, families, and caregivers on supportive strategies.

Expectations:
  • Achieve a 95% positive customer satisfaction rating.
  • Meet at least 80% of therapy goals upon re-evaluation.
  • Complete 100% of billable hours as per the employment agreement.
  • Ensure timely and thorough documentation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Pediatric therapy experience is a plus.
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are also encouraged to apply.
