Your role will involve monitoring entry points, responding to alarms, and providing outstanding customer service to all guests and employees. What You'll Do: Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner while monitoring access to the facility's front desk area. Verify identification and manage visitor log-in and log-out procedures according to site-specific policies. Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with inquiries related to the location's procedures. Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms from the front desk and report any suspicious activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site protocols. Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal supervisors regarding security-related concerns and/or incidents. Assist in implementing emergency response activities as directed, including alerting appropriate personnel and following established protocols. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
